Singers

We welcome applications to sing with us. Soloists will generally already have a track record of singing in staged opera, and there is strong competition for all of our solo roles. Our chorus members tend to be recent graduates of the major music colleges, or in their final year.

We are fully cast for 2012.

Without commitment at this stage, we envisage putting on some or all of the following works in 2013:

Aida
L'Elisir d'Amore
Die Fledermaus

We cast our productions from September to December of the previous year.

Auditions

We generally hold auditions every two years. The next auditions may well be in November 2012 in London. It is always an advantage for a singer to perform from one of the works which we are planning to put on.

Each year, current members of the company have the opportunity to "sing for the conductors" during the festival.
