How to book ticketsBooking for next season will open on 1st January 2011. Members of the association will have priority booking until 1st April. This means that bookings can be made by non-members from January but seats will not be allocated untl the priority period is over. If you would like to become a member please follow this link. Booking will be postal only until 1st April, from which date online booking will also be possible. Telephone booking will be possible from 10th July (see below for payment conditions). General booking information:The printed programme will be sent out to members of our mailing list in January 2011. A downloadable web version of the programme will be published at the same time on this site. If you would like to be added to our mailing list please follow this link. All seats are numbered. Ticket prices are EUR 20-70, depending on the performance and the area of the theatre selected. The seating plan is being reviewed based on our experience in 2010 with our new theatre and it will be published on the site when finalised. Payment for tickets is strictly in advance and we require clearance of a cheque before issuing tickets. When telephone booking opens, orders will only be accepted if there is time for us to receive payment by cheque before the day of the performance. Otherwise ticket purchase must be on-line or in person at the ticket office on the evening of the performance (assuming availability of seats). We do not accept credit card payment except on-line. Picnic hampers cost EUR 20 per person and dinners cost EUR 37 in 2010. These prices, which may be changed in 2011, do not include wines, which are available for sale in the park and in the restaurant. Picnic baskets or dinners may be booked up to three days in advance of performances. Accommodation in the restaurant is limited so availability is not guaranteed. The menus will appear in the programme. Returns policyOnce sold, tickets are not exchangeable or refundable. We will in certain circumstances accept tickets back for resale; if the tickets are resold we will reimburse the original purchaser at the price paid less a handling charge of EUR 10 per ticket. ChildrenOpera is not an entertainment for young children who often get bored and can disrupt the enjoyment of other members of the audience. Accordingly children under the age of 10 are not admitted to the theatre unless our prior written agreement has been obtained. |
